from a psychological point of view

The subconscious mind

The subconscious mind has a much stronger sense of awareness of your surroundings than your conscious mind (some suggest it’s where your “sixth sense” comes from) and is always switched on.

Subconscious is that part of consciousness which is not in current awareness. It is the repository of different ideas, wishes, desires, and emotions. Faith and belief are the foundation of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is awake 24×7, even when we are in deep sleep. It bears the various creative ideas and the answer to various real-life problems. All the experiences of daily life get stored in this subconscious self for an indefinite period of time.
All future behavior and action get unknowingly influenced by this database. Subconscious stress, anxiety, and fear could disturb the natural functioning of the body and its physical manifestations like hypertension, abnormal EEG, ECG, pulse rate, pupillary dilation and so on.
The beauty of the subconscious is that this is having a multi-dimensional impact upon the individual without making him realize the actual cause. This is the invisible programmer sitting backstage controlling every success or failure.

To trap the infinite potential of the subconscious, the latter needs to be fed with positive inputs like; wise ideas free from stigmatized feelings of jealousy, fear, frustration, grief, shame, sadness, fear, frustration, guilt, and depression. Any time wasted criticizing others, gossiping or thinking the negative ultimately determine our adjustment and success through the route of sub-conscious mind.

Any self-doubting tendency gets imbibed into the subconscious negatively impacting our zeal or strive towards success. On the other hand, the positive thoughts help the subconscious to analyze different schemas and come out with a novel solution towards success. If one truly wants to achieve success, they just need to divert their mind towards the life they want to create. A spectacular history will get embossed on its own.

Scientists have long said that we use only a very small proportion of our mind. The subconscious is that un-utilized portion which can be reared to acclaim distinguished heights.

One of the truly great things about the subconscious is … it obeys orders!

People often erroneously think that the subconscious is in charge and you are merely at its mercy. In fact, it’s the complete opposite. Your conscious mind gives it the direction, the environment if you like, for which it operates in. The subconscious will only deliver the emotions and feelings of what you continuously think about.

It’s as easy as changing what you think of in one moment and your entire life will be changed. In most cases, your default programs have too much energy attached to them to change instantaneously.
It can be done through – such as after a massive life-altering event or if enough pain is associated with the old behavior – but without a major shift like that it is likely the old programs will reemerge.

To create lasting change requires some specific techniques involving the unconscious mind.
